Aftercare Staff
I have the wonderful opportunity to work with the children and staff at the Santa Cruz Waldorf School. I have grown to love working with youth in communities that focus on empathy, kindness, and embracing diversity. After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, my focus directly delved into helping my community through social work with an emphasis on crisis control. Through my experiences coaching, teaching, creatively directing, and collaborating with children, the goal has always been to prioritize positivity and expand children’s awareness of their potential in making a great difference in the world.
After growing up in Humboldt County, I came to love the time I spent in Santa Cruz with my family, embracing what the nature of this place has to offer. I spent 15 years of my life as a competitive cross country and track and field athlete, occasionally putting on my thespian’s hat when I found a chance.
I personally enjoy running through the forests and along the trails of the Santa Cruz Mountains, rock climbing, song writing, and singing. Music can change the world!
