Board President
Alexandra joined the Santa Cruz Waldorf School Community in 2000 when her son Rowan entered kindergarten. Therefore, she brings the perspective and experience of longevity to the BOT. She first joined the SCWS BOT in 2015. Her volunteer roles at SCWS have been as, Class Parent, Chair of the FAC, Chair of the Development Committee, Board Liaison to the FAC, Spring Forward Chair, May Faire Chair and member of the Campus Renewal Project Committee and the CRP Campaign. Alexandra graduated from UCSC after moving to Santa Cruz in 1994 and attended independent schools for K-12.
As Board President, Alexandra intends to help SCWS bring to fruition their longterm goals for health and sustainability. She deeply values Waldorf Education and looks forward to being in service of the students and the school as a whole.
